Delivery:
Orders will be mailed by the Canadian Postal Service. Please allow 2-7
business days for delivery within Canada and 4 - 14 business days for delivery within the United States.

Canadian Customers:
Delivery charges may be subject to 7% GST if delivered in Canada and 8% PST if delivery in Ontario on Tea Accessories.

Guarantee/Return Policy:
Should anything you select from Victoria Gallery & Teas fail to meet your expectations, we will assist you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured at the customer’s expense to: Victoria Gallery & Teas. If returning goods from the United States please DO NOT use a courier company. Add the ‘Return to Origin’ on the package. Please return products within 14 days of receipt for full refund.
